Four plank, oak fencing on 145 acres provides 17 double fenced turn out areas ranging from our 1/2 acre Playpen for the Mare and new foal to Belvedere I & II which is currently open providing 22.7 acres. Areas are feed by automatic waterers from a calcium rich artesian well.
Our
facility is located in Lexington, Kentucky. We are two miles from The
Thoroughbred Training Center, behind Gainesway Farm. We are convenient
to all major Thoroughbred farms and facilities.
Located in northeast Fayette County, we are in close proximity to all major stallion stations. In an emergency situation we can be to Rood & Riddle or Haygard-Davidson-McGee equine hospitals in 15 minutes. From the farm it is less than 20 minutes to Keenland and 10 minutes from Fasig-Tipton.
The
lush bluegrass, clover and orchard grass pastures are well maintained and
tested annually. There were NO MRLS cases at this facility.
Roadside
Our broodmare barn is a 12 stall converted tobacco
barn with 12 x 16 stalls. The foaling stall is heated, has a protected
observation
window from the barn office and an emergency hoist in the event a Mare must
be helped to her feet to save the live of the foal or both. Named Roadside,
the barn is safe, secure and has a high roof for excellent ventilation.

Creekside
Our 8 stall yearling and prep barn is well ventilated, with 16 x 16 stalls, and rubber mats. We have a 1 acre dry lot near Creekside for controlled feeding turnout.
